You're grateful for the fact that you're neither in the "dark hole", nor are you in your "promised land", and you can definitely feel things moving in the right direction but you're also weary of celebrating a win too soon? Well, then this episode is for you! Where’s The Lie?

We need to give ourselves and others the freedom and permission to simply be. No longer afraid of our pain, no longer hiding in the shadows of shame and guilt but prepared to share our truth, so that others may also find the strength to be who they are meant to be. Can you imagine a world where our true selves rose to the surface and served as a light that leads others to live in freedom? Wouldn’t it be glorious? Freeing, even? What is it that you have ever said you would never do but eventually had to do because you were left out of options? It was the only way to survive. Could it be something that you said when you were at your best in life? Truth is, there are so many crazy things we say or prejudices we hold when we think life will always be the same. But then as they say, "Unless you walk through life humble, life will always find a way to humble you." We hope this episode reminds you to extend grace toward those who need it and to operate from a place of compassion. And now you're mad because after all this time, you've been drowning because you forgot you could swim. Then it clicks... Wait! I can paddle to shore!
